Berindean Law Office

specializing in commercial law

The Berindean Law Office was founded in early 2005, built on the more than 17 years of professional experience of attorney Natalia Berindean. In 2021, the office was reestablished after Natalia Berindean served as coordinating attorney at two law firms in Cluj.

Our office is located in Cluj-Napoca, but we represent clients throughout Romania. We collaborate with experienced lawyers in several cities across the country, both in litigation as trial attorneys and in legal consultancy.

Our passion and dedication to the legal profession stem from a personal belief: the solutions we provide our clients do more than resolve conflicts—they are meant to transform lives and create value in the stories of the people we work with.

We always strive to find the optimal solution for our clients’ businesses, dedicating all available resources, because we fully understand that our clients’ success is our success. We provide solutions for a wide range of challenges, always prioritizing the client’s best interests and delivering high-quality services that help them achieve their goals.

We are committed to continuously improving our services, refining our skills step by step, both professionally and personally. We strongly believe in effective communication with our clients. In support of our clients, we also continually enhance our negotiation techniques to achieve the desired results.

About

Natalia Berindean

attorney

Natalia Berindean - Cluj lawyer
With more than 25 years of experience in commercial and corporate law, Attorney Natalia Berindean offers legal advice and represents clients in disputes before courts, public authorities, bailiffs, and other parties.

She has been fascinated by everything related to the legal profession since childhood and considers herself fortunate to be able to say that she truly does what she loves.

She specializes in commercial consultancy and all aspects of the day-to-day operations of a company—from establishment and dealings with the Trade Registry, to investments, acquisitions, and the contracts she is involved in, as well as relationships with employees, clients, suppliers, and, importantly, public authorities. Her client companies are both Romanian and international.

She is particularly passionate about the legal implications of promissory notes and cheques, the guarantees provided through these payment instruments, and especially their enforcement and contestation. Considering the recent growth of the IT and outsourcing sectors, she now provides consultancy on all aspects of client relationships with partners, employees, and Romanian authorities.

She believes that, more often than not, the client’s best interest is to find an amicable way to resolve seemingly irreconcilable disputes quickly and cost-effectively, as maintaining human relationships and long-term collaboration benefits everyone involved.

Another of her passions is divorce and child protection. She is aware that not every lawyer can guide a client toward the best decision during such a delicate process, particularly when minors are involved.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law at Babeș-Bolyai University, Cluj, class of 2001. She is a consulting and trial attorney and has been a member of the Cluj Bar since 2005.

Since 2011, she has been a member of the Cluj Association of Business Women (AFA), actively participating in community projects. She supports education, young entrepreneurs, and excellence in professional performance.

She was a partner attorney in two law firms, gaining experience as a manager and coordinating attorney, as well as mentoring trainee lawyers.

She believes that an attorney’s responsibility begins with a close relationship with the client. Therefore, she prefers the collaboration that a small law office with multiple attorneys can offer, rather than working in a large law firm where personal client relationships and attorney involvement in every step of a legal matter may suffer. She is a loyal and trustworthy professional, capable of quickly establishing a mutually beneficial working relationship. She is fluent in English.
